Mike Frampus has been appointed as the next director of the Alanson Library.

the Alanson Area Public Library last week after a long career with the Petoskey Public Schools.

Frampus has spent the last 27 years working in the Petoskey schools in various capacities.

He has served as a school library media specialist, assistant principal of Petoskey Middle School,

As his teaching career came to an end, Frampus expressed a desire to return to library work,
