Maya

What made you decide to change?

Leo

I feel tired in the afternoon, and I don’t have much energy.

Maya

Do you normally eat breakfast?

Leo

Not always. I sometimes skip it when I’m in a hurry.

You could prepare something simple the night before.

Leo

Good idea. Maybe overnight oats or a boiled egg?

Maya

Exactly. And keep a healthy snack in your bag.

Leo

I usually buy chips when I get hungry.

Maya

Try carrying fruit or nuts instead. Small changes are easier to maintain.

Leo

You’re right. I’ll start with breakfast and healthier snacks this week.
